Education

I am currently attending the University of Houston where I am pursuing my degree in Education to teach k-9th grades mathematics, at present I am a Junior. Ranging from basic arithmetic all the way up to Geometry and up to Algebra II.

Experience

I have been tutoring in some form or another for the past several years, sometimes formally through a job and other times informally by tutoring classmates. And over the years I have had experience with students of all ages ranging from 1st grade to college with varying degrees of aptitude for the material. So, I have become very adept at devising many different ways in which to tailor lessons and material to make the most sense for the student. When I took the SAT I received a 740 in Math, and a 640 in Verbal for a total of 1380 and this was when it was based off a max of 1600.

Hobbies

I enjoy working out and fitness related activities, basically most things that keep you active and moving. I also greatly enjoy tutoring, its a nice mix of a hobby and job. Because I just love being able to help others make the most out of the opportunities they are presented with in academic settings. I also enjoy nutrition, longboarding, and video games on occasion.
